A new addition to the program: the À la carte Travel Agency

You can now reduce the cost of your package and airline tickets with the online À la carte Travel Agency! Use your points in part or in whole when you buy your airline ticket or vacation package and charge the full purchase to your eligible National Bank Mastercard® credit card. The travel credit will be applied about 72 hours following your point redemption. 

The À la carte Travel agency gives you access to all the usual products and services offered by travel agencies and renowned tour operators. You can now conveniently book not only your airline tickets and packages online but also hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other services.

À la carte Travel is an online agency managed by Transat Distribution Canada Inc. and holds a permit for Quebec (No. 753141). Purchases eligible for point redemption with the À la carte Travel agency are airline tickets and vacation packages. Please note that bookings made through external third party suppliers are not eligible for redemptions using À la carte points.

Your À la carte Rewards program


It's very simple:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to My profile
  3. Under My notifications, click Modify
  4. Ensure Email notification is checked

New Password
If you have already created a profile, you will need to change your password the first time that you open a session. Your new password must have between 8 and 12 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one number and one lowercase number.

Purchase of Points
At this time it is not possible to purchase any missing points in order to obtain a reward.

Returns will now only be possible if the item received is defective or damaged during delivery. If this is the case, you will have 15 days to notify the Rewards Center and obtain a return confirmation number.

Order Cancellations
Once an order placed by telephone or online is completed and confirmed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
